Brothers Sentenced to Life for 14-Year-Old Girl's Murder
Two brothers, Dulare Yadav and Anirudh Yadav, were sentenced to life imprisonment for the 2011 murder of 14-year-old Khushbu. The court imposed a fine on the convicts, adding additional jail time if unpaid. The crime occurred in Lakhima village after Khushbu asked them to stop throwing stones at her house.

In a pivotal judgment, a court sentenced two brothers to life imprisonment for the murder of a 14-year-old girl that took place 13 years ago. Additional Sessions Judge Rama Kant Prasad convicted Dulare Yadav and his brother Anirudh Yadav, stating their guilt in killing Khushbu in 2011.
The verdict also imposed a fine of Rs 11,000 on each of the convicted individuals. Failure to deposit this amount would result in an additional six months of jail time. The judge emphasized that justice should be served for such heinous crimes.
According to Additional Superintendent of Police Asit Kumar Singh, the tragic incident occurred on June 24, 2011, in Lakhima village. The brothers strangled Khushbu to death after she confronted them for throwing stones at her house.
