A Delhi court has granted police three days' custody to question Rajnish, an accused in a fatal incident that resulted in the death of a motorcycle-borne constable.
The constable, Sandeep, was hit by a car and dragged for about 10 meters early Sunday morning while on duty.
The police are yet to apprehend the driver and owner of the vehicle involved. The court stressed the importance of protecting police personnel and maintaining law and order.
