According to a statement released by U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM), the airstrikes were conducted on September 16 and September 24. CENTCOM stressed that there was no indication of civilian casualties from the operations.
The successful strikes targeted and eliminated significant threats, bolstering efforts to destabilize extremist factions in the region.
