Four Arrested for Assault in Delhi Rivalry Case

In a disturbing turn of events, four individuals were arrested on charges of forcing a 17-year-old boy to lick their shoes and subjecting him to oral penetrative assault. The incident occurred in Jahangirpuri, northwest Delhi, in a brutal display of dominance among rival groups.
The accused have been identified as Harish Bhatia, 38, Pankaj alias Maya, 37, Abhishek alias Aman, 25, and Aryan alias Mannu, 22. All were apprehended by the Crime Branch in Vrindavan, Uttar Pradesh. According to Deputy Commissioner of Police (crime) Satish Kumar, three of the accused have past criminal cases against them.
The reprehensible act was recorded and shared on social media to assert their dominance. Local police have registered a case under the POCSO Act and relevant sections of the Indian Penal Code. Police investigations reveal the incident is a part of an ongoing rivalry between two groups, adding further layers of complexity to the case.
