The mother of the minor girl claimed she was made to wait for nearly five hours at the police station before her complaint was registered. Police have since arrested an individual named Danish and detained a minor who have been sent to a children's remand home.
The victim, a class five student, was allegedly abducted by Danish and the minor while returning home from school, taken to a hotel, and gang-raped.
