A Delhi court has delayed the hearing on AAP leader Satyendar Jain's bail plea in a money laundering case until October 5.
Jain was apprehended by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) on May 30, 2022, accused of laundering money through four companies allegedly connected to him. He remains in judicial custody.
Special Judge Rakesh Syal, who was set to hear arguments on Jain's bail plea, has postponed the hearing for 10 days.
The ED's case originates from a 2017 FIR lodged by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) under the Prevention of Corruption Act.
