Israeli Defence Minister Yoav Gallant announced on Monday that Israel's air strikes in Lebanon have destroyed tens of thousands of Hezbollah rockets, marking a significant peak in the ongoing conflict.
Gallant stated, "Today is a significant peak. On this day we have taken out of order tens of thousands of rockets and precise munitions. What Hezbollah has built over a period of 20 years since the second Lebanon War, is in fact being destroyed by the IDF."
This development adds to what Gallant described as the most difficult week for Hezbollah since its inception, dealing a severe blow to the Iranian-backed movement.
