Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu on Monday reiterated that the TDP-led NDA government is dedicated to establishing a high court bench in Kurnool. He confirmed that necessary proposals will be sent to the Centre.

Naidu highlighted the state's intent to fulfill its election promise by setting up the bench in the Rayalaseema region.

While reviewing the law department's operations, Naidu revealed plans to establish an international law school in Amaravati. This initiative, in coordination with the Bar Council of India, aims to create an institution on a sprawling 100-acre plot similar to Bengaluru's National Law School of India University and Goa's India International University of Legal Education and Research.
