Senior CPI (Maoist) Leader Arrested in Telangana
A senior member of the banned CPI (Maoist) party, carrying a Rs 20 lakh reward, was arrested along with two associates in Bhadradri Kothagudem, Telangana. The arrested individuals, including K Joga alias Rajesh and Raju from Chhattisgarh, were apprehended during a vehicle check. Police seized important documents and revolutionary literature.

In a significant breakthrough, police in Bhadradri Kothagudem district of Telangana arrested a senior member of the banned CPI (Maoist) party, known as K Joga alias Rajesh, along with two associates.
Rajesh, 55, who had a bounty of Rs 20 lakh, and Raju, 20, both from Chhattisgarh, were apprehended during a routine vehicle check within the Cherla police station limits. A woman Maoist courier from Telangana was also taken into custody.
A senior police official confirmed that Rajesh, an active state committee member since 1994, was involved in multiple attacks on security personnel and masterminded several operations. The police also seized important Maoist documents and revolutionary literature from their possession.
