Delhi Court Grants Interim Bail to Rau's IAS Study Circle CEO and Coordinator

A Delhi court granted interim bail to Rau's IAS Study Circle CEO Abhishek Gupta and coordinator Deshpal Singh until December 7. The bail is connected to a case involving the deaths of three civil services aspirants in the center's flooded basement. Gupta must also deposit Rs 2.5 crore with Red Cross Society.

In a case connected to the tragic deaths of three civil services aspirants in a flooded basement, a Delhi court has granted interim bail to Abhishek Gupta, CEO of Rau's IAS Study Circle, and its coordinator, Deshpal Singh, until December 7.

Principal District and Sessions Judge Anju Bajaj Chandna offered relief to the accused, who were released on a personal bond of Rs 1 lakh each with two sureties of the equivalent amount.

The judge directed Gupta to deposit Rs 2.5 crore with the Red Cross Society by November 30, citing the lease agreement that holds him responsible for any loss claims or damages.
