Israel's military launched fresh strikes against Hezbollah positions in Lebanon on Monday, the military spokesperson confirmed. The Iran-backed group was reportedly preparing an attack on Israel.

Rear Admiral Daniel Hagari highlighted that Hezbollah has been stockpiling weapons, including cruise missiles, in civilian buildings throughout southern Lebanon, urging residents to keep their distance from these sites.

In a media briefing, Hagari showcased aerial footage of Hezbollah operatives attempting to launch missiles from a civilian house, followed by an Israeli strike just before the launch. He emphasized the threat Hezbollah poses to civilians and hinted at possible Israeli ground operations if necessary to ensure the safety of northern Israel's evacuated residents.
