11 Bangladeshis Arrested for Illegal Entry in Tripura
Eleven Bangladeshis have been arrested in Tripura for entering India without valid documents. They were caught at Agartala railway station while planning to travel to Chennai and Ahmedabad. Three Indian facilitators were also arrested. All arrestees have been produced before a local court seeking police remand.

Eleven Bangladeshis have been apprehended in Tripura for allegedly entering India without valid documentation, according to statements from the Government Railway Police (GRP) on Sunday.
In addition to the foreign nationals, three Indian facilitators were also taken into custody, as confirmed by a GRP officer.
Based on intelligence inputs, a GRP team apprehended the group at Agartala railway station on Saturday evening while they were planning to travel to Chennai and Ahmedabad by train.
Detained and questioned at the Agartala GRP station, the detainees confessed to crossing the international border illegally and disclosed their travel plans to Chennai and Ahmedabad, according to officer-in-charge Tapan Das.
All 14 individuals were presented before a local court on Sunday, where police sought their remand for further investigation.
