Man Arrested for Assaulting Officer at Chak Sadhu Check Post
A man was arrested for assaulting a police officer at Chak Sadhu check post. The incident happened during a routine check when three individuals resisted and attacked the officers. One accused, Sukhbir, is in custody, while two others are still at large.

In a recent development, a man has been apprehended for assaulting a police officer at the Chak Sadhu inter-state check post. The incident took place on Friday when a police team stopped a motorcycle with three individuals for routine checks.
According to Hoshiarpur Superintendent of Police (Investigation) Sarbjit Singh Bahia, the three individuals, coming from Himachal Pradesh, violated traffic regulations. Instead of complying, they assaulted Assistant Sub-inspector Rakesh Kumar, tearing his uniform and attempting to snatch his service pistol before fleeing.
Sukhbir of Marnaian has been arrested in connection with the assault. Police are conducting raids to detain his two accomplices, Amarjit of Marnaian and Jindi of Tanuli.
