Vada Pav Seller Booked for Boy's Suicide in Bhiwandi

In Bhiwandi, Thane, a vada pav seller named Kunal Chowdhary has been booked for abetment of suicide after a 16-year-old boy, Gaurav Jha, hanged himself. The boy reportedly felt insulted after Chowdhary slapped him for refusing to deliver items to his house.

In a tragic incident in Bhiwandi, Thane, a 16-year-old boy named Gaurav Jha took his own life after a confrontation with a local vada pav seller.

According to the Narpoli police, the accused, identified as Kunal Chowdhary, requested Jha to deliver items to his house. When the boy refused, Chowdhary allegedly slapped him.

Feeling humiliated, Jha hanged himself. Chowdhary has been booked for abetment of suicide but has yet to be arrested, said Senior Inspector Bharat Kamath.
