Authorities have registered a case against a Muslim man, Mufeed Banjara, following the discovery of a suspected cow carcass in the water tank of his building in Hasanpura. The finding caused significant unrest among the residents of Shiv Colony, who reported the incident to local law enforcement.

Sodala Station House Officer (SHO) Surendra Singh confirmed that the carcass was found after complaints of a foul odor enveloping the area were lodged by the locals. In response, BJP legislator Gopal Sharma and municipal corporation officials visited the scene and confirmed the presence of the carcass.

Additionally, officials identified illegal construction work undertaken by Banjara, prompting a demolition drive by the municipal corporation. Subsequently, a case was registered against Banjara under the Rajasthan Bovine Animal (Prohibition of Slaughter and Regulation of Temporary Migration or Export) Act.
