RINL Bags National Energy Leader Award for Sixth Consecutive Year

Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited (RINL), the corporate entity behind the Visakhapatnam Steel Plant, has once again demonstrated its excellence in energy efficiency by receiving the prestigious National Energy Leader Award from the Confederation of Indian Industry – Green Business Centre (CII-GBC). This marks the sixth consecutive year that RINL has earned this distinction, showcasing the company’s sustained commitment to energy conservation and sustainable practices.
The awards were presented to Sri K. Sudhakar, General Manager (Energy Management Department-In Charge), and his team by Sri Milind Deora, Secretary of the Bureau of Energy Efficiency, Ministry of Power, Government of India, at a ceremony held in Hyderabad on the evening of September 12th.
