A Delhi court is set to resume its hearing on a significant sexual harassment case involving former Wrestling Federation of India (WFI) chief Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh on September 23.

Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Priyanka Rajpoot was scheduled to record the statement of one of the complainants last Thursday. However, the matter was adjourned after the complainant could not appear in court.

The court had ordered the framing of sexual harassment charges against Singh on May 10, citing sufficient evidence. Singh, a six-time Lok Sabha MP, pleaded not-guilty during the charge framing on May 21.
