CCTV Footage Missing in Maharashtra BJP Leader’s Son Hit-and-Run Case

CCTV footage from La Horee Bar, where Maharashtra BJP chief Chandrashekhar Bawankule’s son, Sanket, and friends drank and ate before a car crash, is missing. The police confiscated the DVR and sent it for forensic analysis. The crash, involving an Audi driven by Arjun Hawre, injured two people.

In a significant development surrounding the hit-and-run case involving Maharashtra BJP chief Chandrashekhar Bawankule's son, police have reported that CCTV footage from La Horee Bar is missing.

The footage was confiscated and sent for forensic analysis as part of the ongoing investigation into the incident, wherein Sanket Bawankule's Audi collided with multiple vehicles in Nagpur.

Authorities detailed that the Audi, allegedly driven by Arjun Hawre, struck several cars, injuring two people. Hawre was apprehended and later released on bail. The bar manager initially denied releasing the footage but relented after legal threats.
