Tragic Family Death: Bodies Found on Railway and at Home in Madhya Pradesh

In Madhya Pradesh's Narmadapuram district, police found the severed bodies of a man and his son on railway tracks and his wife hanging in their home. Authorities suspect a joint suicide after the child’s death. The tragic discovery was made in Seoni-Malwa tehsil and Banapur area, 50 km apart.

The severed bodies of a man and his 5-year-old son were discovered on railway tracks in Madhya Pradesh’s Narmadapuram district, while the man's wife was found hanging at their home, an official reported on Thursday.

Police suspect the couple died by suicide after ending their child's life. The bodies were located in Seoni-Malwa tehsil, previously known as Hoshangabad, according to Sub Divisional Officer of Police Raju Rajak.

Body parts of Sandeep Lauvanshi (30) and his son Dakshit were found on railway tracks near Damadhiya village at approximately 8.15 am. Sandeep’s wife Pooja (28) was later found hanging in their home in Neecha Bazar, 50 km from the district headquarters. Authorities are investigating and have registered a case, sending the bodies for post-mortem.
