The Ministry of Ayush has made significant strides in its Special Campaign 3.0, which focused on improving cleanliness and efficiency in the workplace. From November 2023 to August 2024, the Ministry successfully addressed various pending issues, including 33 references from Members of Parliament, 18 Parliamentary Assurances, 1,346 public grievances, 187 public grievance appeals, 765 file management tasks, and organized 11 cleanliness campaigns.

The initiative aimed to enhance the working environment by decluttering offices, boosting employee productivity, and improving overall workplace experience. As part of the effort, the Ministry is now preparing for Special Campaign 4.0, with Secretary Vaidya Rajesh Kotecha urging senior officials to meet the set targets.

The campaign promotes a clean and waste-free India, with active participation from institutes, organizations, and councils. Cleaning efforts have been conducted in public spaces such as bus stations, parks, herbal gardens, and water bodies. Senior officials and the Ayush community also took part in cleaning Ayush Bhawan and its surroundings. Similar to the Swachhata Campaign, the Ministry has instructed all research councils and national institutes to take part in this nationwide effort.
