Israeli Forces Conduct Deadly Raids in West Bank, Resulting in High Casualties
Israeli forces killed at least six Palestinians in the occupied West Bank during extended operations against militant groups. The military targeted armed fighters and destroyed weapons facilities. Clashes were reported in Tubas, Jenin, and Tulkarm, causing significant infrastructure damage and civilian displacement.
In a series of deadly raids on Wednesday, Israeli forces killed at least six Palestinians in separate incidents across the occupied West Bank, according to military reports. The operations targeted armed militant groups and resulted in significant casualties and infrastructure damage.
An airstrike in Tubas killed five men armed with explosives and destroyed suspect weapons production facilities and a rigged vehicle. The Palestinian Red Crescent recovered the bodies and transferred them to a hospital. In Tulkarm, Israeli troops, backed by police and intelligence services, killed another armed militant.
While there was no immediate confirmation from Palestinian factions, the military sealed off Tubas, intensifying movement with armoured vehicles. Additionally, a ramming attack occurred east of Ramallah, killing an Israeli soldier. Ongoing operations have left extensive damage and forced civilian evacuations, with heightened violence in the West Bank since the Gaza conflict began last October.
