The Biden administration has delivered a classified report outlining its strategy for the war in Ukraine to Congress, after months of delay. The report, which was due in June, was required under a spending bill passed in April.
Sources confirmed the arrival of the report on Monday, though lawmakers have yet to review it. Nearly $175 billion in aid and military assistance has been approved for Ukraine and ally nations since Russia's invasion.
Some members of Congress were frustrated by the delay. Senator Jim Risch criticized the administration for not providing a clear strategy, accusing President Biden and Vice President Harris of either lacking one or being afraid to share it.
