Ukraine and Russia Exchange Blame Over Deadly Air Attacks

In Belgorod, Russia, three civilians, including two children, were reportedly injured by Ukraine's air attack. Regional governor Vyacheslav Gladkov reported two residential buildings destroyed and over 15 buildings damaged.
The Russian defense ministry stated that they intercepted and destroyed two Ukraine-launched drones over Belgorod. Both sides deny targeting civilians, focusing on each other's war-related infrastructure. The conflict, which began with Russia's invasion of Ukraine in February 2022, has resulted in thousands of civilian deaths and massive displacement.
