Zelenskiy Urges Military Allies to Support Use of Long-Range Weapons
Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelenskiy urged military allies to ignore Moscow's 'red lines' and support the use of long-range weapons for strikes on Russian territory. Speaking at the Ramstein group meeting in Germany, he stressed the need for such capabilities to motivate Russia to seek peace.

Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelenskiy on Friday made a strong appeal to military allies, urging them to ignore Moscow's 'red lines' and permit Kyiv to utilize long-range weapons for attacks on Russian territory.
He emphasized the strategic importance of these capabilities not just within Ukraine, but also in striking Russia to compel Moscow to seek a peaceful resolution. Zelenskiy delivered these remarks during a meeting of the Ramstein group, comprising around 50 nations that supply arms to Ukraine.
The meeting, held at the U.S. air base Ramstein in western Germany, marked the first time Zelenskiy joined this gathering of defense ministers in person.
