Attorney-General Hon Judith Collins has announced the appointment of Jacqui Clark and Luke Radich as District Court judges.

Jacqui Clark, with a legal career spanning more than three decades, will serve at the Auckland Court in the Accident Compensation Appeal Jurisdiction. A graduate of Auckland University, she brings extensive experience in dispute resolution. Clark's career includes roles at Simpson Grierson, Bell Gully, and Wilson McKay. She will be sworn in on 11 October 2024.

Luke Radich, a graduate of Canterbury University, has been appointed to the Manukau Court. Radich has a strong background in prosecution, having handled numerous jury trials in both District and High Courts. He will be sworn in on 13 September 2024.

These appointments mark a significant contribution to the judiciary as both judges prepare to take on their new roles.
