Two individuals were sentenced to life imprisonment by the Saran district and sessions court on Thursday, regarding a triple murder case from July.

The decision, delivered by Judge Punit Kumar Garg, follows a swift 48-day period after the incident occurred.

Saran SP, Kumar Ashish, revealed the victims – Tarkeshwar Singh, alias Jhabar (55), and his daughters Chandani (16) and Vibha (15) – were fatally stabbed by Sudhanshu Kumar and his accomplice Ankit (18) on July 17 in Dhanadih village.

Authorities submitted a chargesheet within 14 days, initiating the trial on August 13. On Tuesday, both accused were found guilty, and by Thursday, were given life sentences.
