Swift Justice: Life Imprisonment in Saran Triple Murder

The Saran district and sessions court awarded life imprisonment to two individuals for a triple murder in Dhanadih village. The verdict came within 48 days, with a speedy trial commencing shortly after the incident. The victims included Tarkeshwar Singh and his two minor daughters.

Two individuals were sentenced to life imprisonment by the Saran district and sessions court on Thursday, regarding a triple murder case from July.

The decision, delivered by Judge Punit Kumar Garg, follows a swift 48-day period after the incident occurred.

Saran SP, Kumar Ashish, revealed the victims – Tarkeshwar Singh, alias Jhabar (55), and his daughters Chandani (16) and Vibha (15) – were fatally stabbed by Sudhanshu Kumar and his accomplice Ankit (18) on July 17 in Dhanadih village.

Authorities submitted a chargesheet within 14 days, initiating the trial on August 13. On Tuesday, both accused were found guilty, and by Thursday, were given life sentences.
