BJP's South Delhi MP Ramvir Singh Bidhuri has made serious allegations against the AAP government, claiming that 58% of the water supplied by the Delhi Jal Board (DJB) is either stolen or lost due to severe mismanagement.

Despite the soaring demand for water in the capital reaching 1400 MGD, only 995 MGD is being produced daily by the DJB, of which bills are raised for merely 421.64 MGD, according to the BJP MP.

Highlighting the financial mismanagement, Bidhuri pointed out that the DJB, which had a profit of Rs 600 crore in 2013, is now suffering losses exceeding Rs 75,000 crore. He demanded that the Kejriwal administration publish a white paper to address these issues.
