The Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) sealed four jeans dyeing factories in southwest Delhi on Sunday, following a complaint from the Delhi Pollution Control Committee (DPCC). The action took place in Najafgarh Zone's Galibpur (Rawata Village).
The Deputy Commissioner of Najafgarh Zone, Badal Kumar, spearheaded the operation, which saw the involvement of Police, DPCC, and MCD officials.
The civic body announced plans for more sealing drives against similar establishments in the area in the coming weeks, signaling a massive enforcement effort.
