Ukrainian air defences successfully neutralized 24 out of 52 drones launched by Russia during a series of nighttime attacks across eight regions, the air force announced on Saturday. Their statement via Telegram also noted that 25 Shahed drones fell independently, while three headed towards Russia and Belarus.

Despite multiple air alerts, which saw residents rushing to shelters, no injuries or major damage was reported. Kyiv, facing its fourth drone attack this week, witnessed all incoming drones being intercepted, averting significant harm.

Similar interceptions occurred in the Poltava, Cherkasy, Kyrovohrad, Dnipropetrovsk, Chernihiv, Sumy, and Mykolayiv regions. In Cherkasy, debris damaged several private houses. Additionally, Russian forces launched five missiles, but further details remain undisclosed.
