Freeman and Moss File Lawsuit to Seize Giuliani's Florida Condo

Former Georgia election officials, Ruby Freeman and Shaye Moss, have initiated a civil lawsuit against Rudolph Giuliani, accusing him of attempting to shield his Florida luxury condominium from their legal claims. His action follows a $148 million judgment against him for defamation.

The lawsuit alleges that Giuliani's declaration of his Florida condo as his primary residence is a maneuver aimed at exploiting Florida's 'homestead' exemption to protect the asset. This claim emerged shortly after a judge dismissed Giuliani's bankruptcy case.

Freeman and Moss are seeking court permission to enforce a lien on Giuliani's condominium, which could result in the seizure and sale of the property. Giuliani's spokesman, Ted Goodman, claims the lawsuit is an attempt to harass the former mayor and deter free speech.
