In a disturbing incident, the Sikkim Police have arrested a 19-year-old man and detained three minors for allegedly sexually harassing an elderly specially-abled woman at Jorethang town bus parking complex on August 26.

According to authorities, the group also uploaded video footage of the alleged act on social media. The woman's family filed a complaint after the video went viral.

The suspects, who range in age from 16 to 18, are set to be produced before a judicial magistrate on Friday.
