Ahead of the assembly polls, security forces on Wednesday unearthed a terrorist hideout in Poonch district of Jammu and Kashmir, recovering six hand grenades.
The hideout was located by a joint search party consisting of police and Rashtriya Rifles in the Dachin top area of Sindhra in Lower Krishna Ghati sector, officials reported.
Search operations began around 3 pm, following specific intelligence. At the time of the last report, the operation was still in progress.
