According to Business Insider, Qatar is in discussions with Berlin over potentially buying Rosneft's German assets.
A ministry spokesperson emphasized that the main focus remains on securing supply. 'We will not comment on speculation. Each step we take prioritizes the highest level of supply security,' the spokesperson said.
