Highlighting the significance of thorough scrutiny, O'Brien pointed out that recent legislations, like the Chief Election Commissioner Bill and others, have passed without adequate examination. He also emphasized the reduction in parliamentary working days and urged immediate reconstitution of DPSCs to preserve the legislative process.
