Russia and Ukraine have successfully exchanged 115 prisoners of war from each side, facilitated by the United Arab Emirates, according to a report by the state-run RIA news agency on Saturday, citing the Russian Defence Ministry.
The exchanged Russian servicemen, who were captured by Ukraine during an incursion into the Kursk region, have now been relocated to Belarus, as confirmed by the Russian Defence Ministry.
