Department of Public Works and Infrastructure Minister, Dean Macpherson, alongside City of Cape Town Executive Mayor, Geordin Hill-Lewis, are set to embark on a tour of neglected and hijacked departmental-owned buildings in Cape Town. Waterloo Green in Wynberg: This area has been progressively stripped over the years, necessitating a comprehensive strategy for its rehabilitation.
