Telangana Head Constable Awarded President's Medal for Gallantry

Telangana Head Constable Chaduvu Yadaiah received the prestigious President's Medal for Gallantry for his bravery in apprehending two notorious chain snatchers and arms traffickers. Despite being viciously attacked and severely injured, Yadaiah did not release his grip on the criminals, leading to their arrest and further exposure of their criminal activities.

In a commendable display of bravery, Telangana Director General of Police Jitender congratulated Head Constable Chaduvu Yadaiah for being honored with the President's Medal for Gallantry. Announced on the eve of Independence Day, the medal recognizes Yadaiah's exceptional courage in apprehending two notorious criminals, despite suffering severe injuries during the encounter.

On July 25, 2022, Yadaiah apprehended chain snatchers and arms traffickers Ishan Niranjan Neelamnalli and Rahul, even though he was viciously attacked and repeatedly stabbed. His determination led to the recovery of stolen property and exposed the extent of the criminals' illegal activities across multiple regions.

The sole recipient of this prestigious honor for the year, Yadaiah's actions exemplify the indomitable spirit and dedication to duty of the Telangana State Police. His bravery was celebrated in a special program organized by the Telangana DGP, recognizing his invaluable contribution to maintaining law and order.
