Police in Gurugram have initiated an investigation into a viral video showing two cars engaging in hazardous stunts on the city's roads. Officials confirmed that the video, which has spread widely across social media platforms, displays a Thar and a Scorpio spinning recklessly on the Gurugram-Sohna road.
The 27-second clip also captures a cyclist narrowly avoiding an accident by braking just in time. The driver of the Thar SUV similarly hit the brakes to prevent a collision.
'The viral video on social media has come to our notice. We are investigating it based on the vehicles' number plates. After identifying the cars, challans will be issued,' stated a senior traffic police officer.
