Ukrainian Drone Attack Claims Life in Russian City

A civilian was killed in a Ukrainian drone attack in Lipetsk, Russia. Russian air defenses intercepted 19 drones in the region. Additional 32 drones were intercepted across Kursk and Yaroslavl regions, with no reported damage or casualties.

A civilian was killed in a Ukrainian drone attack in the Russian city of Lipetsk, some 300 km (190 miles) from the Ukrainian border, according to the regional government on the Telegram messaging app on Saturday.

Igor Artamonov, governor of the Lipetsk region, stated that Russian air defense systems intercepted 19 Ukrainian drones overnight. Meanwhile, the Defence Ministry reported that Russian forces intercepted a total of 32 drones, including 26 in the Kursk region and six in the Yaroslavl region.

Mikhail Yevrayev, governor of Yaroslavl, confirmed that Ukrainian drones attempted to attack an enterprise but did not cause any damage or casualties.
