NIA Charges Seven for Kashmir Civilian Killings
The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has charge-sheeted four individuals, including a Pakistan-based terrorist, for their involvement in the killing of two civilians in Kashmir. The accused include Adil Manzoor Langoo, Ahran Rasool Dar, Dawood, and Jahangeer, who conspired to execute the crime. Langoo, actively involved in previous attacks, was motivated by Pakistani handlers.

The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has filed a charge sheet against four individuals, including a terrorist based in Pakistan, for the killing of two civilians in Kashmir.
The accused are Adil Manzoor Langoo, Ahran Rasool Dar, Dawood, and their handler Jahangeer, according to an official statement released on Thursday.
The NIA, which issued a non-bailable warrant against the absconding Jahangeer, detailed that the killing took place under the directives of Pakistan-based handlers to further terror activities in Srinagar.
