In a shocking incident, three security guards were assaulted by unidentified individuals at the entry gate of Super Speciality Hospital in Kota Medical College on Saturday morning, police reported.

The attack occurred during routine checking at the gate, when 5-6 unidentified men targeted the guards with knives. Mahendra Singh, another guard, recounted that passersby failed to intervene or stop the attackers, who escaped immediately after the incident. The injured, named Shiv Singh, Surendra Parasad Singh, and Ramkaran, are receiving treatment, with one in critical condition.

Efforts are on to track down the culprits, according to the Mahaveer Nagar SHO Mahendra Maru. A case has been registered, and investigations are ongoing.
