Tamil Nadu CM Stalin Mobilizes State Resources for Kerala Landslide Relief
Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M K Stalin assured his Kerala counterpart, Pinarayi Vijayan, of full support in rescue and relief efforts after landslides due to heavy rainfall. Stalin directed Tamil Nadu authorities to release Rs 5 crore and dispatched a team of 50 personnel to assist Kerala in rescue operations.

Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M K Stalin on Tuesday assured Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan of full support in rescue and relief efforts following landslides triggered by heavy rainfall.
Stalin pledged the release of Rs 5 crore for relief activities and ordered the immediate dispatch of a rescue team. He conveyed his condolences for the loss of lives and emphasized Tamil Nadu's commitment to assisting Kerala.
The Tamil Nadu rescue team, comprised of 50 personnel including firefighters, disaster response staff, and medical professionals, will collaborate with Kerala's rescue efforts. Senior officials from Tamil Nadu will lead the team.
Expressing his grief on social media, Stalin highlighted the critical situation in Wayanad and Tamil Nadu's readiness to provide further logistical and manpower support.
