Key Highlights from the June 2024 Report:

1. Increasing Efficiency in Decision Making: The report highlights a significant reduction in average transaction levels for active files within the Central Secretariat, dropping from 7.19 in 2021 to 4.19 as of June 2024. The analytics confirm substantial progress in digitalizing office functions, thereby streamlining decision-making processes.

3. Swachhata Campaign & Reduction in Pendency: The Swachhata Campaign has been highly effective, with cleanliness drives conducted at 5,242 sites, resulting in the freeing up of 2.58 lakh sq. ft of office space. The revenue earned from scrap disposal stands at ₹25.24 crore. Furthermore, 4,44,817 public grievances have been resolved, demonstrating the government’s commitment to addressing public concerns efficiently.
