Unidentified Bodies Found in Canal of Khurja Nagar

Bodies of an unidentified man and woman were found in a canal in Khurja Nagar. Police reached the spot at 8 am, retrieved the bodies, which appear to be 10-15 days old. Efforts are underway to identify them and further action will depend on the postmortem report.

The bodies of an unidentified man and woman were discovered floating in a canal in the Khurja Nagar area on Friday, local police confirmed.

Authorities received a tip at around 8 am and promptly reached the site to retrieve the bodies, according to Khurja Police Circle Officer (CO) Varun Kumar Singh. The bodies are estimated to be between 10 to 15 days old, said CO Singh.

Ongoing efforts are focused on identifying the deceased individuals, with further action pending the completion of postmortem examinations, Singh added.
