16-Year-Old Girl Alleges Rape and Attempted Murder in Dwarka

A 16-year-old girl was allegedly raped at gunpoint and pushed off the fifth floor of a building in southwest Delhi's Dwarka, police said on Thursday.
The incident occurred on Monday when the accused barged into the victim's house while her parents were away, police reported.
According to authorities, the man then took the girl to a nearby building where he raped her and subsequently pushed her off the fifth floor, resulting in a leg fracture.
Following the incident, the victim was rushed to Deen Dayal Upadhyay Hospital and is currently undergoing treatment.
Her statement, recorded by a CIC counselor, detailed the alleged sexual assault.
An FIR has been registered under multiple sections, including the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act (POCSO). Efforts are ongoing to apprehend the accused, police added.
