Suspected Maoist Manoj Arrested in Kerala Railway Station
The Kerala Police's anti-terrorist squad arrested Manoj, a suspected Maoist, at a railway station. Manoj, accused in 16 cases, was apprehended based on a tip-off. Of these cases, 10 are under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act. He was in the city to collect money for suspected Maoist operations.

The Kerala Police's anti-terrorist squad apprehended suspected Maoist Manoj at a railway station on Thursday, according to official sources.
Manoj, who faces around 16 criminal cases, was captured at the South railway station, confirmed a senior police official.
'An accused, Manoj, was arrested on Thursday. He will be produced before the concerned court and all legal formalities will be completed. There are around 16 criminal cases against him,' the official told PTI.
Sources revealed that Manoj had visited a flat in the city to collect money intended for Maoist activities before heading to the railway station.
Of the 16 cases against him, approximately 10 are registered under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA), sources added.
His arrest was made possible due to a tip-off received by the police.
