Belarus will not allow any clashes on the border with Ukraine, Belarusian state-run Belta news agency reported on Tuesday citing Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko. "I guarantee you that we will not allow any clashes on the border with Ukraine. There won't be any," Lukashenko said.
