As the Indian Armed Forces prepare for the upcoming Theaterization, there is a strong commitment to accelerating the existing initiatives for Jointness and Integration among the three services.
The inaugural "Parivartan Chintan" conference was held on April 8, 2024. This event gathered leaders from all Tri-services Institutes to foster innovative ideas and initiatives for reform. The sequel to this event, "Parivartan Chintan – II," will be led by Chief of Defence Staff General Anil Chauhan and is set to take place on May 9-10, 2024, in New Delhi.
This two-day conference will bring together members from all the sub-committees of the apex Chiefs of Staff Committee, including the CDS, who serves as its permanent Chairman, along with the three Service Chiefs. Together, they will assess the advancements across various sectors and discuss the necessary reforms to achieve the transformation goals through enhanced jointness and integration.
