A woman was killed and at least six people were wounded by Russian strikes on Ukraine's Dnipropetrovsk region on Friday morning, regional governor Serhiy Lysak said on the Telegram messaging app.
"A five-storey building is on fire in (the city of) Dnipro," he said. "It has been partly destroyed. There might be people under the rubble."
