Latvia's Prime Minister Evika Silina said on Friday migrants seeking to enter Latvia recently via Belarus are used as part of a hybrid attack by Russia and Belarus against Latvia.
"We have to understand that those are not just asylum seekers. This is (a) hybrid attack from Russia and Belarus," she told a joint press conference with her Finnish counterpart in Helsinki.
